Close your eyes, and take your attention to your breathing, following every inhalation and exhalation you make. Release all tension in your body and keep your thoughts on your breathing. 2. Ask for the protection of the White Light to surround you in a bubble. Next, ask your Spirit Guide to come close to you to help with your psychic development. Your Guide's advice might seem like your own thoughts, but if you ask your Guide a question and then get an answer, it is your Guide communicating with you. 4. Now that your Guide is with you, you are ready to begin channelling information about your love life and that of others. Take your focus to your third eye, the area between your eyebrows.
