Chakra Clearing Energises Your Life!
Simple chakra clearing meditations release more prana (life force energy) into your body to balance your system, eliminate illness, create more physical energy and ensure your outlook remains positive so you can seize each day to achieve all you desire.
Our seven main chakras are always open; and if one of your chakras was closed, you wouldn't be here to read this!
Although our chakras are the gateway between our physical and spiritual bodies, we can through meditation
expand our chakras
so that we become more open, more psychic and more vibrantly alive.
It is also possible for chakra clearing to remove any blockages and illnesses which may be limiting you from achieving your full potential. Use the following meditation for chakra clearing so that your body's energy system is vibrating at its highest level, giving you perfect physical, mental and spiritual health to enhance every day of your life.
Chakra Clearing Meditation to Create Perfect Health
1. Settle yourself in a quiet, uplifting place where you won't be distracted by anyone. Close your eyes and sit with your spine upright to promote correct energy flow. Now take your attention to your breathing.
Focus on each inhalation and exhalation you make. With every inhalation, visualise breathing in positive energy; and with every exhalation, visualise releasing all negative energy residing within your body.
2. Next, ask for a protective white bubble of light to surround you with pure, healing energy. Now that you have asked for this protection, you will only attract goodness to yourself.
Your chakra clearing meditation will enhance your well-being by encouraging your chakras to open up more completely and release natural healing energies throughout your physical body.
3. After 2-3 mins of deep, gentle breathing you should be feeling beautifully relaxed and ready to clear your chakras of all blemishes and imbalances. If you notice your own thoughts creeping in while you focus on your breathing, simply let them go as soon as you are aware of them and direct your focus back to your breath.
4. Take your attention now to the base of your spine. This is where your root chakra is located. Allow your thoughts to stay centred at the base of your spine and begin to visualise a beautiful red rosebud starting to open and slowly turning into a magnificent red flower.
Look closely at this red flower/root chakra. Do you notice any blemishes on it? If so, imagine that the innate and divine goodness that is contained at the centre of this chakra is expanding to replace any dull or blemished areas. Chakra clearing creates more energy flowing throughout your entire body.
Simply visualise any dull areas on this root chakra vanishing away. As you mentally replace the blemishes with more positive
images and healthy flower petals, your visualisation is actually clearing your root chakra so that it can then emit even more energy to travel and heal your whole body.
Once you are satisfied that your root chakra (red blossuming flower) looks healthy and all dullness has been replaced with positivity, imagine now its healing red light expanding from the base of your spine to fill your entire body.
Depending on your chakra clearing levels at the time, you might spend only 2 minutes or perhaps more than 10 to properly complete this step of the meditation. Allow your intuition to dictate how long you should work on this step of the meditation.
Ultimately, the most important goal is to visualise a healthy blossuming red bloom at the base of your spine which is clear of all dull traces or blemishes.
Simply put, you are repacing an old looking chakra with a shiny and vibrant new one. The power of your mind and your playful imagination are all that are required to achieve this.
5. When you feel that your red chakra (red rose) is sufficiently clear and vibrant, and you have sent its healing energy around your body simply by directing it to travel there, next visualise moving up a couple of inches from the base of your spine. This is the place of your second chakra, also called the sacral chakra.
As the sacral chakra is associated with the colour of orange, begin to visualise a tight orange rosebud slowly beginning to open and transform into a beautiful, blossuming orange rose.
As before, stay focused at this point until that orange rose is really clear of all blemishes and dull areas so that you can picture it clearly in a vibrant and perfect state. If it does not appear like this, or you intuitively detect a blockage around this area, replace these thoughts and sensations with more positive, uplifting images. Keep doing this until you can happily relax and admire this perfect orange arrangement of energy.
When your orange rose is in a perfect and balanced state, chakra clearing has taken place at this point in your body.
Begin to visualise this healing orange light travelling to every cell of your body, infusing each and every one with the healing orange light which emanates from your sacral chakra in your spine. Continue doing this until you feel this orange light has sufficiently infused your entire body with its healing energy.
6. Next, take your attention to the area behind your navel and in the same manner as before, meditate on a magnificent golden rosebud opening. Deep yellow or gold is the colour associated with the solar plexus, the area behind your belly button.
Allow this majestic gold rosebud to blossum and increase in size, devoid of all blemishes and dull areas, until you are satisfied that it is ready to travel and infuse every pore of your body with its goodness and and healing energy.
Only when the chakra source, the golden rose, is clear and beautiful can it really be greatly beneficial to the rest of your body, so don't rush the first part when visualising a vibrant, healthy gold rosebud slowly opening.
7. Next, take your awareness up into your chest cavity to the home of your heart chakra. This chakra is associated with rich, deep green, so begin to meditate at the centre of your chest by visualising a green rosebud opening and slowly growing in size and intensity.Use your imagination here if you have never seen a green rose or flower before!
When it is clear of all blemishes and you have replaced any dull areas with healthier green sections, visualise your heart chakra spreading its healing energy throughout your chest cavity and to the rest of your body.
8. When you are ready, allow your chakra clearing meditation to move further up your body and into your throat cavity. Here lies your throat chakra which is associated with the colour of blue.
Meditate at this point on the image of a blue rosebud until it expands to become a healthy and vibrant flower with no dull areas or blemishes. If you intuitively detect any weaker areas on your blue chakra, replace them with stronger, perfect components. In some ways this is like doing DIY maintenance on your chakra until it is polished and perfectly healthy.
As before, allow this healing blue energy to spread from your throat centre to the rest of your body. This blue meditation will also help to create a healthy larynx and assist with your ability to communicate clearly with others.
9. When you are ready, take your awareness up to your third eye, the area just above your eyebrows and the home of your sixth chakra.
At this point between your eyebrows, visualise a calming purple rosebud slowly opening. Stay with this image until your purple rose (sixth chakra) is fully open and free from all blemishes and energy blockages.
When you feel ready, allow this purple healing light to move from your third eye chakra and travel throughout your body, sending its healing power to every point where it can be used to create greater health and balance.
10. Lastly, raise your awareness to the area just above your head, as though a trap-door in your skull had opened up to a place where a magnificent white rosebud is slowly beginning to open.
As you have already done so successfully to this point, stay with this image until your white flower is blossuming beautifully and free of all blights and blemishes.
Allow the healing energies of this spiritual white rosebud to slowly cascade down your body and infuse every cell with its goodness. Relax as this shower of whiteness infuses your body with light, health and vitality.
11. When you are ready, take your awareness back to your deep breathing. Slowly begin to move your body and open your eyes. Your chakra clearing meditation is now complete and your chakras have released greater energy throughout your body.
These positive effects are best felt and enjoyed when you practise this meditation three times a week; and it need only take as little as fifteen minutes at a time to enjoy the full benefits and increased energy from this simple chakra clearing exercise. With practise you will become very familiar with this meditation and this will also speed up your overall healing time.
This chakra clearing meditation can also be used to send more pranic energy around your body when you are feeling low, stressed, tired and depleted of your natural vitality.
Increased health, physical energy and greater optimism are to be enjoyed when regularly practising chakra clearing...and it saves a lot of short and long term medical costs in the process too!
